Angel’s Flight by Nalini Singh

A Collection of Guild Hunter short stories

In Angel’s Wolf a vampire becomes fascinated with the seductive angel who rules Louisiana. But all is not what it appears to be in her court.

In Angels’ Judgment a hunter must track one of her own gone bad, while surviving the deadly tests placed in her way by the archangels themselves. Unexpected backup comes from a stranger who might just be the most lethal threat of all…

Plus FIRST TIME IN PRINT
In Angels’ Pawn a vampire hunter faces off against two rival factions and the angel manipulating them both, and a vampire whose help is not entirely selfless…

And NEVER BEFORE PUBLISHED
In Angels’ Dance an angel trapped in the mountain stronghold of the Refuge finds herself under siege by a warrior angel from a martial court.

This is a particularly good week to be a book lover, wouldn’t you say? There’s a long list of books releasing this week that look simply irresistible (and the list above is by no means exhaustive!). My personal list of “squee-worthy” titles starts with Molly Harper’s latest (Nice Girls Don’t Bite Their Neighbors), continues with the new Elemental Assassin book by Jennifer Estep (By a Thread), and ends with the last book in Gail Carriger’s Parasol Protectorate series (Timeless). Oh! And then there’s the new Sarah MacLean series, which starts with this week’s A Rogue By Any Other Name. I even found a completely new-to-me book that had a cool cover and intriguing premise: Ricochet by Sandra Sookoo. Having multiple “must have” books release during the same week can be preeeetty dicey. It’s hard to pick just one or two–you want to get the all, but rarely is it such a good idea for the wallet! ^_^

So tell me: are there any releases this week that are screaming for you to buy them? When you come across multiple simultaneous releases that you MUST have, do you get them all at once, or do you stagger the purchases?

How did I miss the release of Angel’s Flight!?
Must buy that one on my next book buying spree.
I did pre-order A Sliver of Shadow and Carpathia. I hope they will be here soon, but expect them to arrive in about two weeks.
And already read: Devil’s Luck. can recommend that one to all Carolyn Crane fans.

This sure is an awesome week full of books. I pre-order as much as I can, and then am nicely surprised when they fall on the doormat. I just got an email from Bookdepo about Twilight’s Dawn, I guess by Anne Bishop.
But what I do have to read asap: Jennifer Estep, Gail Carriger, Joanne Fluke, Lisa Kleypas of course!, and Angels Flight by Nalini Singh.

Partials by Dan Wells looks intriguing. And I do try to stagger my book purchases – my TBR pile is huge enough as it is!

    Picking up Angels Flight today!

Angel’s Flight is my ‘must have ‘ this week . Several others have been put on my wish list led by Alexandra Ivy and Molly Harper , they are favourite authors of mine.

Yay Timeless! But what the bloody hell did they do to my beautiful cover art? I had hoped the last one was a fluke….

I really want to read The Darkest Seduction by Gena Showalter! And Timeless, but I’m still a book behind on that series so it’ll have to wait.
