Book Blurb:
While pursuing a budding romance with the beautiful Kathleen Gray, Creed stumbles upon a plucky—but horribly burned—little girl named Addie Dawes. Creed’s suspicion about the fire that killed Addie’s family puts him on a collision course with crime boss Joe DeMeo, in what soon becomes an issue of kill or be killed.

DeMeo, a relentless killer who will stop at nothing to protect his empire—targets Creed and his loved ones for death. But Creed has plans of his own. Employing a bizarre cast of characters including a giant, a rival crime lord, an angry midget bent on world conquest—and a team of circus clowns—Creed goes on the attack, with hilarious results.

My Thoughts:
Well…Let me tell you when I read Lethal People I wasn’t prepared for enjoying it as much as I did. Its a crime thriller centered on Donovan Creed, a former C.I.A. assassin/killer for hire. I thought, what the hell. So I read it and yes, I truly loved it.

Donovan Creed has many sides to him and some of them are very non-flattering but nonetheless I could not tear myself away from this book.

Donovan Creed has one of the worst attitudes, not to mention his undesirable sexual thoughts and behavior towards the opposite sex. Yet, there are other characters who make Donovan look good. One particular character is a young burned victim, Addie. Donovan discovers that there was more to her story than just losing her family to a suspicious fire. Things definitely heat up, in more than one way, when Creed goes up against the real culprit who does not care about who gets hurt as long as he gets what he wants.

Somewhere along the way, Creed manages to find time for a sexy romance with Kathleen whom wants to adopt Addie.

As you continue reading you will meet all sorts of strange yet memorable characters who will leave you no other option as to love this book so much more. Lethal People has quite a great support cast alongside Creed. Alone Creed’s dialogs have such a lethal charm you can’t help but crave more.

All in all Lethal People is one hell of a thrill ride with a ruthless killer but also with such a charming side that you can’t help but love and enjoy this book over and over again. I would definitely pick Lethal People over a rollercoaster ride any day of the week.
This was definitely a great way to spend the weekend: reading a Donovan Creed novel. A superb and well written book that provides hours of reading entertainment.
The only thing left that I can say is… I so hope this book will be adapted  into a movie!

I give Lethal People a 4 out of 5 Bookies!
