Hi all! And welcome to another segment of my weekly Wish list! I hope you will like this week’s wishlist
This week I chose as my Wish list choice topic: Paranormal
Yay! In honor in of the movie release of Vampires Suck, I am in the mood to read paranormal based books.
Anyway here’s the blurb for the first book:
The Season of Risks (An Ethical Vampire Novel #3) by Susan Hubbard
Publisher: Simon & Schuster
Release Date: July 6th 2010
Book Blurb:
The vampire sects are at war – and war among vampires is fought not with weapons, but with minds.
My name is Ariella Montero, and I know a secret. Telling it will change everything.
Half-human and half-vampire, Ari confronts the darker sides of vampirism, and herself, as the sects deploy new technologies to battle for influence and power. But beyond these challenges lie greater risks: Ari’s relationship with Neil Cameron, the first vampire to run for the U.S. presidency, must be kept under wraps from even those she trusts most. When scandal inevitably erupts, Ari is forced to face the consequences of her actions, learning the hard way that love demands delicate negotiations between memory and desire.
I just discovered this book and series. Been having a hard time finding the first two books in series. But until then….guess satisfy my thirst for blood … I mean this
book until I get them.
Next up is:

Eat Prey Love by Kerrelyn Sparks
Publisher: HarperCollins
Release Date: September 28th, 2010
Book Blurb:
Wanted: Bride. Must love children. Mortals need not apply.

Carlos Panterra is looking for a mate, a woman who will love and care for the young orphans he’s recently taken under his wing (or paw, as the case may be). When the shape shifter spies the beautiful Caitlyn, it’s like sunshine amidst the darkness. At last, he’s found the perfect woman, except . . .
Caitlyn Whelan is mortal. Worse, her father is the head of a CIA agency bent on hunting the undead. Still, Caitlyn knows that Carlos is the man for her, shape shifter or not. So she jumps at the chance when her sister offers her a job to work with him, determined to show Carlos their attraction is more than just animal magnetism. But danger lurks in the night, and their unleashed, untamed passion might just get them both killed . . .
OKAY…. I am really excited about this book especially since its about Carlos. *squee*
I know its not out yet….but I for one can’t wait read it. I hope I am not the only one for one.
And last but not least:
Kisses from Hell by Kristin Cast, Alyson Noel, Kelley Armstrong, Richelle Mead, Francesca Lia Block
Publisher: HarperTeen

Truly, Madly, Undead-ly

This irresistible collection features stories of love amid vampires by five of today’s hottest authors—Kristin Cast (Tempted), Richelle Mead (Vampire Academy), Alyson Noël (Evermore), Kelley Armstrong (The Summoning), and Francesca Lia Block (Pretty Dead).
From a fugitive vampire forced to trust a boy who might work for the group bent on destroying her to the legendary romance of two immortals whose love compels them to risk everything, this heart-pounding collection brings new meaning to the words “love you forever.” Whether you’re into romances that are dark and moody or light and fun, these stories will quench that insatiable thirst for enchanting tales of the beautiful undead.
With all of these amazing I sure I am going to have a great time reading this anthology.
AND that’s all folks! Until next time…

Totally agree about Eat, Prey, Love.
Couple of other Sept. releases I'm anxiously waiting for are Last Dragon Standing by G.A. Aiken and Cross Your Heart by Michele Bardsley.
