Romance and Me: The Holiday Shopping List/Wishlist Edition

Hey Everyone!

Christmas/the holidays are fast approaching and I sincerely hope you have already started your gift shopping, but in all the buying presents for others do not forget to compile your own wishlist and even maybe treat yourself to one or two great stories 😉

By now you know what a huuge Christmas-aholic I am, which also includes my enthusiasm for holiday romances. You want to know why I love this sub-genre  Easy, it encompasses two of my favourite things: Christmas and a love story. The holidays are always portrayed in these stories with their magical ambience that you can easily picture: the snow flakes falling gently, the fire roaring in the fireplace, the hot cocoa smelling tempting and the vibe of the holiday cheer and love permeating everything. (Ok, I can see how this can be too syrupy sweet for some less Christmas-enthusiasts so be assured this is my last Christmas related post this year ;-))

So take a look at all the holiday stories, snowed in romances I have on my neverending wishlists, I’m sure someone would be happy to receive them, so take note and gift them/get yourself a copy 😀

Find some holiday romance suggestions in all categories, be it contemporary, historical or paranormal, you’ll find it HERE.

And some further recommendations from Goodreads:

Contemporary Christmas/Winter Romances

Historical Christmas/Winter Romances

Snowed in Romances

Cabin Romances

Tell me,

What is on your holiday shopping list/wishlist?

Will you be gifting books to friends/family? Or just to yourself? 😉

And what titles are you most looking forward to finding under the tree?

ps. Have you entered BLI’s Holiday Reading Challenge? You could win your wishlist of holiday reads!

Hurry it’s not too late yet! 😉

I have one friend to whom I usually give books though this year I went with an audiobook!!! And my kids always get a book for Christmas!

I always ask for books for Christmas/birthdays, they are one of those things that are sure to make me happy 😀

I don’t buy books for other people as gifts unless they’ve asked for them specifically because I hate when people get me the wrong book – I do however give out book gift cards to Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

I know Maria, I always give specific book wishlists to my friends and family so I get books I actually want to read, but I am just as happy with gift cards as well 😉
