Olivia hates the singles scene, so when her best guy friend, Ian, offers to be her plus one to a series of weddings she has to attend, she agrees. What she doesn’t expect is to now find Ian so incredibly sexy.

The Promise Harbor Wedding, Book 4

And she thought the bridesmaids dresses were her biggest problem…

Allison Ralston would rather be anywhere other than this wedding. Even if the wedding is hers Especially since the wedding is hers.

But Allie’s determined to restore her family’s happiness, and if tying the knot with longtime family friend, Josh Brewster, is the way to do it, then she’ll walk down that aisle, toss that bouquet and drink that champagne. Oh, she’ll definitely drink the champagne.

There’s only one thing that could get Gavin Montgomery back to Promise Harbor. And she’s about to say I do to another man. Now he’s back to …

Guest post by Ros Baxter + Giveaway

We are happy to welcome to Book Lovers Inc. Ros Baxter, author of Fish Out of Water, a mermaid story unlike any other you know! So join us as Ros tells us about her fascination with mermaids and how HER kind of mermaid is nothing like Ariel 😉 Ros, take it away! 😀

The best thing about children…

…is that they haven’t yet been told there is stuff they can’t do.

At least mine haven’t.

So when I asked my daughter (4) the other day what she wanted to be when she grew up, she told me with that trademark don’t-you-remember look on her face: “A pirate, of course.” Ah, of course. Silly me.

Pirate

And when I asked my son (7), he shot me an almost identical look (genes are scary) and said: ”Rock star, remember?”

For me, it was always a mermaid.

She needs an escape…and he’s exactly what she had in mind.

College senior Ellen Price spends every spare minute studying to get into medical school. Until spring break yawns before her, as empty as her wallet.

With no money to hit the beach, she fills her empty to-do list with a plan: for just one week, she will become the kind of take-no-prisoners woman she secretly wishes to be, starting with the hot guy at the bar. It’s a no-risk situation: at the end of break, he’ll head back to his campus, and she’ll go back to hers. No muss, no fuss.

At first, Josh Markley isn’t sure what to think when the quiet, intense …

The Mothers’ Day Winner Post

Hey Everyone!

Have you ever noticed that although almost all cultures have a day celebrating mothers this isn’t the same day across the world? In Hungary Mothers’ Day is the first Sunday in May, but I know that just in Europe, the British, the French and even the Belgian celebrate it on a different day.

Here moms are usually given flowers and kids surprise them with small gestures like preparing breakfast (and sometimes even bringing it to bed), and when children are small they usually sing some special songs for the occasion.

So knowing me, you know that besides the flowers there will be some home-baked treats as well 😉

So where you are, when is Mothers’ Day celebrated? And what do you usually do? Are there any specific traditions?

And before I take my leave here are this week’s winners:

the lucky winner of an ebook copy of the Service anthology is:

Romance and Me:The Truth About Cravings

Hi Everyone!

It is a truth universally acknowledged that cravings are real and they don’t only exist during pregnancies. Oh no. I bet that you all have at one time had the urge to snack on something, but today I would like to talk to you about book cravings. Cravings related to reading. When you are “just in the mood for” a particular trope (yes, heroine won in a card game historical romance), or the hero having a certain job (give me some fire-fighter hunks), or a setting (anyone want wedding romances?).

It happens to me all the time. When I finish a book and I’m at that moment of deciding what to read next I ask myself: what am I in the mood for? And sometimes it’s just general guidelines like I want a historical romance to shake things up a bit after the 4 or …

His game… her rules.

The Promise Harbor Wedding, Book 3

Hockey star Jackson Knight has a hundred reasons not to return to Promise Harbor, but none of them are good enough to get him out of attending his best friend’s wedding. Even with a career-ending knee injury, every puck-bunny in town will be gunning for him.

Worse, getting a pair of cuffs slapped on him at the bachelor party could ruin any chance of getting back in the game, even as a coach. Unless he can convince the arresting officer to smooth things over—by going to the wedding as his date.

Hayley Stone figures posing as Jackson’s girlfriend is the least she can do …
