Hey Everyone!

As you know we’ve had a big heatwave for about 1,5-2 weeks and with the heavy air conditioning going on at the office I caught a cold and have been sick with a fever and sore throat for the past week 🙁 I’m feeling a lot better, but still am blowing my nose and coughing, I can’t wait to finally shake it, hate being sick.

    I am so sorry that you have picked up one of those nasty air-conditioning colds. They seem to nastier than regular colds. Drink lots to help your throat and also try a tsp of honey a couple times a day. It’s even better if it’s local honey.
