River Marked by Patricia Briggs

Car mechanic Mercy Thompson has always known there was something different about her, and not just the way she can make a VW engine sit up and beg. Mercy is a shapeshifter, a talent she inherited from her long-gone father. She’s never known any others of her kind. Until now.

An evil is stirring in the depths of the Columbia River—one that her father’s people may know something about. And to have any hope of surviving, Mercy and her mate, the Alpha werewolf Adam, will need their help…

Welp, once again I'm not liking Release day. ;D I am loving these books, but I just can't get them all and read them fast enough. Makes me depressed. But I do love the list! Thanks!!!!

River Marked. That's all I can see this week; I've got blinders on for all the other (admittedly very awesome looking) releases. ^_^

I'm with Alisha – I can't wait for River Marked!

@Melissa – You should see the lists I had to choose from! There were hundreds(-ish) of new releases this week! Perhaps a speed reading course is in order? LOL.

@Alisha and Lesley – I'm ashamed to say I haven't read any of Patricia Briggs yet. Looks like I should!?!

Wow! Lots of good ones this week. I really like Julie James's books and want to get my hands on A Lot Like Love.

Yes, you should read Patricia Briggs… I almost killed my friend who met her at recent RADCON. He never told me about the conference! Said he figured I knew. I nearly growled at him LOL

Anyways, I live near where her stories are set and it's so cool to have her as a "local" writer 😀

A Lot Like Love by Julie James looks like it is going to be a fabulous book!

So many I can't wait to get my hands on, especially the books by Shayla, Julie and Maya.

River Marked is in the mail to me – can't wait!

I should be thrilled at the releases, but there is not enough time to read all I want so that's why glum is the prevailing feeling.

@Estella – Banks is another author I've heard great things about. Hope you get it soon 🙂

@Stacie – I'm closing my eyes and putting my hands over my ears, saying "LALALALA". I don't have anymore space either 🙁

@LSU – Julie James rings a bell, but not sure why?? Happy reading!

@Leona – Oooh, tell your friend: Never assume…you know the rest 🙂 I love finding local content in books; makes me feel important, somehOW 😛

@Jane – Hope you don't have to wait too long 😉

@Kaetrin – I love my mailbox, especially days when books arrive!

@marybelle – I hear ya! My ongoing life plan is: win lottery, read all day. Hasn't happened yet, though 🙁
