Few great releases this week, but nothing I'm interested in.

I know it's wrong, but I do judge a book by its cover. And I must confess that I really dislike the cover of "Animal attraction" by Jill Shalvis. It just looks awkward & cheesy to me.

I'm waiting on my copy of Serpent's Kiss and I will most probably buy Angels of Darkness soon as well, because it has a new Samaria story by Sharon Shinn.

I can't wait to read Better Off Undead by DD Barant! The Bloodhound Files is one of my favorite urban fantasy series.

@Natalija I won't throw rocks because I also judge books their cover…*sigh* And I agree that it looks awkward. Bad photoshopping.

@Sullivan Ohh not for Ilona Andrews's story? LOL i'm pretty excited about it. Okay i admit i've never read Sharon Shinn's books so I have no idea what she write about. =P

@Lesley D I'v been hearing a lot of good about this series. I guess it's worth keeping on my radar *g*

@Diane Ohhh lucky you!! *g* I don't think I'll get my copy for another week =P This is so exciting though!! *squeee*

@pattepoilue: Shinn's Samaria series is awesome! Best Angel series I've read so far. Especially Jovah's Angel and The Alleluia Files are beautiful.

To me, it's not so much that ANIMAL ATTRACTION looks cheesy but that the kitten looks very precarious, so it was definitely photoshopped. The puppy on the previous book cover (ANIMAL MAGNETISM) looked more real even if a little worried.

And I have SERPENT'S KISS (with Sam Bond on the cover) already.
