Hello and welcome to another edition of My Wishlist.
This week I am going to be discussing my favorite fictional heroes/heroines from some of my all time favorite book series.
Excerpt one of the books list below, these are on my TBB Wish list this week.
I can still remember the first time I fell in love… with my fictional hero and his leading lady..
Vane and Bride from Dark Hunter series novel, Night Play..
I still get the chills every time I read their story. Vane was the one very first heroes that I fell head over heels for. In fact it was the first time I ever read a book from Sherrilyn Kenyon… From then one I became hooked on this series.
If it wasn’t for the way Sherrilyn created such an amazing yet tortured hero set out to win his Bride, I don’t think I would have given this series another chance. Especially since it introduce me to more delicious leading men and their strong willed leading heroines.
The next leading man I fell for was…
Ash/Acheron from the Dark Hunter series.
Talk about the most tortured of all my dream heroes. This one gave Vane a run for his money. It was pure hell on earth and beyond for my poor Ash and nothing could ever prepare me when his story/novel was finally released.
But luckily for my Ash he finally got his own piece of happiness with his heroine, Soteria.
The next hero/heroine I fell for was….
Adam and Mercy from the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs..
Adam is one strong willed character who knows what he wants and isn’t easily swayed by just anyone. He knows who his mate is (Mercy) yet knows to give the time and space to win her over. I can’t think of thing that would convince just how perfect this man is especially of the way Adam treats Mercy with love and respect.
This one should be no surprise.. my next favorite hero/heroine are..
Jericho and Mac from the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning.
Talk about opposites attract. These two are one the most intriguing fictional couples I have ever read about.
Every one of their scenes leaves me breathless no matter if its their banter, their fights or the way “communicate” with each without actually “communicating” with each other.
Last but not least…My latest favorite fictional heroes/heroines are……..
I become like a little school with her first school girl crush when I think about this “hero” and his mate; Kate, lol! I am so glad my good friend B, introduce me to my favorite hero and heroine. This is just another sexy male character who has to do alot to keep up the his mate. They are definitely tied to first place as my couple with another of Ilona Andrews’ series, The Edge’s
William and Cerise.
If there was one hero/heroine that could give Curran/Kate a run for their money as my favorite couple it would definitely be William and Cerise. They are absolutely hilarious, charming, sexy and willing to do whatever it took to protect their mate.
So, what do you think of today’s post.. Do you agree with some of my picks for favorite hero/heroine?
