Book Blurb:

For the past six months, Jared’s been selling sex at Market Garden, a London club that caters to the better-off. But business is slow in the run-up to Christmas, when businessmen and bankers are too busy bickering over bonuses to rent themselves a little high-class action.

Though Jared’s wallet finds the downtime unnerving, the rest of him rather enjoys the opportunity it gives him to admire Tristan, an old hand in the club whose reputation usually sees him well-booked. Jared has been crushing on Tristan for months—he’s no more immune to Tristan’s cockiness and confidence than the johns, and those are just Tristan’s inner qualities.

Just as Jared’s about to chat Tristan up, a businessman asks for something a little different: he wants to book them both. They agree—and Jared finds himself going from crush to mind-bending lust as he’s made the pawn in a sexual power game. Tristan shows him how a pro handles a john while delivering the top-shelf sex for which the Market Garden is so rightly renowned.

My Thoughts:

Holy Cow that was hot! O_O  Only 35 pages long and I still ended up fully satisfied *cue lighting a cigarette*. Quid Pro Quo is the first story  in the Market Garden universe. I’m guessing we can expect more and I’m really looking forward to more. I was already a fan of Aleksandr Voinov‘s work but this is the first time I get to read something by L.A. Witt (I will definitely check out her other books). I think they should keep working together because the result is mind-blowingly hot! .

The story is simple enough, Jared is a rent-boy working at the Market Garden. He’s been crushing on Tristan, one of the best rent-boys out there, for months.  That night there aren’t many clients around and he and Tristan end up chatting together in a booth. Well they only just started talking when a wealthy businessman approaches them. He  wants something different. He wants to watch them have sex together, but they have to make it worth his money.  That’s it, the story in itself isn’t complicated but wow…the authors made it one scorching hot  piece of candy.

Tristan’s reputation precedes him, he’s the best in his field and Jared gets to finally see him in action…up close. We see the story through Jared’s POV and I loved that I could see  things  from his point of view but still feel a bit like a voyeur. Tristan is calling the shots here,  he knows how to give a good show to milk a client (that sounds awfully dirty).  But the best part is that it’s not just show, Tristan is definitely enjoying this, making it worth Jared’s while. And here, is why this story was just plain glorious : Tristan is playing with them both, he’s putting a show for the client, knowing exactly how to get more out of him, while having the hottest sex ever with Jared.  The synopsis  says it best, we witness a mind-blowing sexual power game. I just have no words to describe how terribly erotic it was to see Tristan in action.

The authors wrote one of the best sex scenes I’ve ever read. I mean, I was already blown away with that first kiss. So you can bet it got hotter and hotter  from that point on. Yes this is basically just sex, but it had just enough story around it to make it perfect.

All I can say is READ IT. You won’t be disappointed. Quid Pro Quo is only 35 pages long so it won’t take much of your time and it’s well worth it. I applaud the authors for delivering such a delicious morsel and I can only hope there will be more of these stories in the near future!

I give Quid Pro Quo 5 fat Stars
