Hello out there!

This weeks wishlist post will be based around the top three yet to be released books that I am salivating for, because to be honest, how often are we just itching to get our hands on a book that just isn’t here yet?

ALWAYS!

These reads are on my mind whenever I look at my bookshelf, they are all five star authors in my opinion and I absolutely MUST HAVE these books as soon as they are out!

Eye of the Tempest by Nicole Peeler

Nothing says “home” like being attacked by humans with very large guns, as Jane and Anyan discover when they arrive in Rockabill. These are professionals, brought into kill, and they bring Anyan down before either Jane or the barghest can react. Seeing Anyan fall awakens a terrible power within Jane, and she nearly destroys herself taking out their attackers.

Jane wakes, weeks later, to discover that she’s not the only thing that’s been stirring. Something underneath Rockabill is coming to life: something ancient, something powerful, and something that just might destroy the world.

Jane and her friends must act, striking out on a quest that only Jane can finish. For whatever lurks beneath the Old Sow must be stopped…and Jane’s just the halfling for the job.

I absolutely must have the fourth book in the Jane True series as soon as it comes out, and I am so glad that I found this cover…because it matches the rest of my books.

Once again Violet Eden faces an impossible choice … and the consequences are unimaginable.

Violet has come to terms with the fact that being part angel, part human, means her life will never be as it was.  Now Violet has something Phoenix – the exiled angel who betrayed her – will do anything for, and she has no intention of letting it fall into his hands. The only problem is that he has something she needs too.  Not afraid to raise the stakes, Phoenix seemingly holds all the power, always one step ahead. And when he puts the final pieces of the prophecy together, it doesn’t take him long to realise exactly who he needs in order to open the gates of Hell.  With the help of surprising new allies, ancient prophecies are deciphered, a destination set and, after a shattering confrontation with her father, Violet leaves for the islands of Greece without knowing if she will have a home to return to…

I can’t wait for this book! I am so excited for this series to continue and I just got sidetracked for half an hour by the fact that there is plans for a fourth book!!! squeeee!

Bloodlines by Richelle Mead

When alchemist Sydney is ordered into hiding to protect the life of Moroi princess Jill Dragomir, the last place she expects to be sent is a human private school in Palm Springs, California. But at their new school, the drama is only just beginning.

Populated with new faces as well as familiar ones, Bloodlines explores all the friendship, romance, battles and betrayals that made the #1 New York Times bestselling Vampire Academy series so addictive – this time in a part-vampire, part-human setting where the stakes are even higher and everyone’s out for blood.

It’s got the words Richelle Mead on the front cover and Vampire Academy world on the back…I don’t care what it’s about! It is going to be awesome!

The grave is one wrong step away.

Having narrowly averted an (under)world war, Cat Crawfield wants nothing more than a little downtime with her vampire husband, Bones. Unfortunately, her gift from New Orleans’ voodoo queen just keeps on giving–leading to a personal favor that sends them into battle once again, this time against a villainous spirit.

Centuries ago, Heinrich Kramer was a witch hunter. Now, every All Hallows Eve, he takes physical form to torture innocent women before burning them alive. This year, however, a determined Cat and Bones must risk all to send him back to the other side of eternity–forever. But how do you kill a killer who’s already long dead?

***

I just turned this post in a bumper issue with this book…but it can’t really not be here can it…it’s Cat and Bones for crying out loud! Must have! Enough said!!

What are your most anticipated releases?
Are any of them on the list above?

By Light Alone by Adam Roberts….

Does it count when you are waiting anxiously for a particular edition of a certain book? Because I want a freaking paperback version of Erin Bow's Plain Kate. (hate hardback grrrrrr).

When I saw Richelle Mead, I literally held my breath! I am waiting for Succubus revealed!!!! It started as a simple reading to check out her UF books..and the fact that a succubus could be a heroine intrigued me when I picked her book 1…And by chance it was last year when most of her Georgina Kincaid books were out, except Succubus Revealed! I literally had to hunt down the entire series and was so involved with them (in spite of some being great, some not so..) that I have to see its completion! Awaiting..awaiting for next month to get my books budget again 😉 :p
